Mrs Ward shared her career in politics, including her time working as part of the Foreign Office, and her current work representing local residents in her ward. Students and staff thoroughly enjoyed Mrs Ward's visit and found it insightful to see how local government operates.

Students Tour Work on New Sixth Form Building

This week we attended a topping out ceremony - an event which marks a major celebration in the progress of our sixth form building.

This site will house our multi-million-pound, state of the art sixth form building which will be ready for our students in early 2024.

Our main hall, dining area, classrooms and study places are starting to take shape! All our sixth form students will have the opportunity to visit the new sixth form building over the next two weeks.

On Friday, students in study group D accompanied Callum from ISG and received a tour of all floors - including the roof and the view to Canary Wharf!

The topping out ceremony marks a significant step towards the completion of the building, which will be ready early in 2024.
