Mrs Ward shared her career in politics, including her time working as part of the Foreign Office, and her current work representing local residents in her ward. Students and staff thoroughly enjoyed Mrs Ward's visit and found it insightful to see how local government operates.

Discovery Trip to Lucy Cavendish College, Cambridge

Harry and AnastasiaYear 12 students from across The Harris Federation were invited to participate in a competitive process to gain a place on a discovery trip to Lucy Cavendish College, Cambridge.

As part of the process, students had to write persuasive personal statements detailing their achievements in academia and beyond.

Anastasia and Harry were among the 40 students from across our Federation who were selected for this opportunity.

We’re very proud of their ability to balance their ongoing studies with the additional work of producing successful applications and look forward to Anastasia and Harry representing Harris Rainham Sixth Form on this trip on Thursday.
